I’m 30 years old, and I’ve always enjoyed anything related to homemade desserts, baking, and creating simple recipes people can actually make in real life. What started as occasional baking at home slowly turned into a hobby I genuinely looked forward to after long days.

I studied hospitality and food-related subjects for a period of time, but most of what I know about baking came from years of trying recipes, making mistakes, changing ingredients, and learning through practice in my own kitchen.

My interest in baking started very simply. I used to help prepare desserts during family gatherings, birthdays, and holidays. Cookies were always one of the first things I enjoyed making because they felt easy, comforting, and something everyone loved.
